- Preparing Budget vs Actual dashboards on a weekly basis & send to stakeholders
- Coordinating with various stakeholders for status updates & management summary
- Planning & preparing a strategy for each quarter for Management Overview
- Coordinating with Finance departments on a timely basis for reports clarification
- Tracking & updating cost saving measures in Beat3 tool for overall Factory Planning department
- Coordinating with Internal stakeholders for clarifications & guidance
- Communicating all decisions by Management to stakeholders
- Maintaining & sharing all backups for ready reference to German counterparts
- Extracting reports from SAP for cost analysis
- Collecting Digitalization ideas from FP Germany & tracking of implementation
- Development of innovative ideas with relevance of saving in terms of Time, Cost & Quality
- Development of PowerBI dashboards as per requirement for Management / Counterpart
- Driving digitalization topics in FP Hub India by tracking, coordinating & implementing ideas
- Coordinate with Internal MBRDI IT functions & German counterparts for development of Digitalization topics
- Coordinate for the implementation of Digital solutions with various stakeholders
- Applying self-experience & knowledge such as Python / Machine Learning / PowerBI for development & testing
- On-site support during critical phases of project
- Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.
- Team player & engages for team level activities
- Supporting for Green production topics for target setting, quality check & tracking measures
